The opportunity.
Integration Product owns how customers and strategic partners connect to our platform — the data feeds, order flows, and trade messaging that link external systems to ours. We build and maintain that connectivity directly, and we partner with every trading protocol team on the integration side of their work.
This role’s mandate is simple: keep teams aligned, unblocked, and moving.
In practice, that means fielding the steady stream of inbound from across the org, representing Integration Product in the internal meetings and conversations where we need a seat at the table, and partnering with the Product Owner on the spec and decision work that keeps delivery moving. You’ll be the first-line filter for internal stakeholder questions, the person who knows where product initiatives stand across our workstreams, and help make sure nothing falls between the cracks when feature delivery work touches multiple teams.
Documentation and Jira hygiene are part of the role, but AI handles a growing share of that work. The real value of this hire is in communication, coordination, judgment, and the ability to walk into an ambiguous situation and walk out with a plan.
This role reports to the Head of Integration Product and is aligned with U.S. trading hours, with typical business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. The position is based in our New York City office and follows a hybrid work schedule, with employees expected to work onsite several days per week to support collaboration with clients, trading partners, and cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, and Technology.

In compliance with New York City Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role in New York City is between $95,000 – $130,000. This range does not include discretionary bonus or other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with this job. Several factors are considered when determining a candidate’s compensation. Please note that the salary range listed for this position is based on the level of experience outlined in the job description. If a candidate’s experience differs from the requirements, the salary may be adjusted accordingly.
