Ronnie Mateo is the Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Trumid and sits on Trumid’s Board of Directors. Ronnie leverages his domain expertise to drive Trumid’s growth via client collaboration.
Before Trumid, Ronnie created the credit trading group at Trinity Brokers and was a Managing Director at Salomon Brothers/Citibank, where he specialized in trading corporate and emerging markets bonds, credit default swaps, and CDX indices. Ronnie holds a B.S. with honors from Cornell University.
Mike Sobel is Co-Chief Executive Officer and President of Trumid and has served on the company’s Board of Directors since 2014. A founding member of the leadership team, Mike was appointed President in 2016 and elevated to Co-CEO in 2021.
Mike is responsible for Trumid’s overall strategy and growth initiatives, as well as overseeing the firm’s business operations. Under his leadership, Trumid has grown into one of the largest fixed income trading platforms in the U.S. His focus on strategic planning and operational excellence has played a central role in the firm’s transformation from a promising startup to a respected and influential industry leader.
Before joining Trumid, Mike was a Managing Director at Barclays, where he led the High Yield Bond Trading Desk. He previously held credit trading and management roles at Lehman Brothers. Mike holds a B.A. from Harvard College.
Dan Siracuse is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Trumid and has been a member of the company’s leadership team since 2015. Dan oversees Trumid’s day-to-day strategy, investor relations, operations, and its finance, accounting, tax, legal, and compliance functions. In addition to leading Trumid’s financial and operational infrastructure, Dan plays a key role in shaping the firm’s corporate and commercial strategy.
Before joining Trumid, Dan held senior strategy, operational, and financial roles at BlackRock and Credit Suisse, and served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy at a long/short equity hedge fund. Dan began his career at Silver Point Capital and holds a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
Tony Schiavo is Chief Technology Officer of Trumid and has been a member of the company’s leadership team since 2015. Tony is the architect of Trumid’s agile technology stack, enabling design and deployment at an unmatched pace. With a focus on scalability, Tony leads the development of resilient, adaptive systems that support the firm’s continued growth and evolving business and market needs.
Tony takes a forward-thinking approach to innovation, leveraging advanced tools and technologies to drive the firm’s technical strategy and foster new ways of thinking. Under his leadership, Trumid’s technology team has delivered a platform engineered for performance, aligned to client workflows, and built to scale with the firm’s growing market presence.
Before joining Trumid, Tony led global fixed income and currency technology groups at Merrill Lynch, RBC Capital Markets, and Citigroup. Tony began his career at UBS and holds a B.S. from the University of Scranton.
Jason Quinn is Chief Product Officer and Global Head of Sales at Trumid and has been a member of the company’s leadership team since 2015. Jason was appointed Chief Product Officer in 2017 and assumed the additional role of Global Head of Sales in 2023.
Jason leads Trumid’s commercial strategy, combining product innovation with superior client engagement to drive adoption and growth across the firm’s ecosystem of trading protocols. His leadership in product design, market structure, and client collaboration is a key differentiator for Trumid. Jason’s deep client relationships and passion for user experience bring a unique perspective to the design and delivery of intuitive workflows for Trumid’s expanding client network.
Before joining Trumid, Jason was a portfolio manager at Millennium Management and Caxton Associates and held senior trading and management roles at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers. Jason holds a B.S. with honors from Cornell University.
Justine Robertson is Managing Director, Head of U.S. Sales and Client Strategy at Trumid and has been a member of the company’s leadership team since 2023. Justine was appointed Head of Client Strategy in 2022 and promoted the following year to also lead U.S. Sales.
Justine leads Trumid’s U.S. Sales team and overall client strategy, driving the firm’s core trading, commercial, and relationship initiatives. She has played a pivotal role in building Trumid’s institutional client network and sales strategy, helping to propel engagement and platform adoption to record levels. She also oversees Trumid’s business analytics team, delivering tailored, data-driven insights that empower clients and inform decision-making.
Before joining Trumid in 2015, Justine was a Vice President in Leveraged Finance Sales on the High Yield desk at Goldman Sachs. Justine holds a B.A. from Brown University.
Shari Dreisiger is Managing Director, Head of People at Trumid and has been a member of the company’s leadership team since 2020. Shari is responsible for shaping and advancing the firm’s organizational structure, including employee development, retention, and talent acquisition.
Shari has been instrumental in building Trumid’s vibrant, collaborative, and high-performing culture. From strategic recruiting to a successful internship program, her approach to talent management has helped position Trumid as an employer of choice—fostering a workplace where people can grow, connect, and thrive.
Before joining Trumid, Shari held key HR leadership roles at Barclays and Perella Weinberg Partners. Shari began her career at Lehman Brothers and holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland.
Cheryl Knopp is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Trumid and has been a member of the company’s leadership team since 2021. Cheryl leads the firm’s legal, compliance, and regulatory functions, and provides strategic counsel on corporate, securities, and governance matters across the organization.
Before joining Trumid, Cheryl held senior legal leadership roles, including General Counsel at Liquidnet and Assistant General Counsel at Bloomberg. Earlier in her career, she also served as Co-Head of Corporate Strategy and Head of the Equity Transactions Desk at Liquidnet. Cheryl began her legal career as a corporate associate at Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan. Cheryl holds a B.S. from Cornell University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School.
Mona Jasani is Managing Director, Head of Communications and Marketing at Trumid and has played a key role in elevating the firm’s corporate and commercial narrative since joining in 2022.
Mona leads Trumid’s comprehensive marketing and communications strategy, spanning brand, content, digital and social media, media relations, and industry events. Mona partners closely with teams across the organization to ensure consistent, high-impact messaging that supports Trumid’s position as a fast-growing, innovative market leader.
Before joining Trumid, Mona held senior marketing leadership roles at Liquidnet, NYSE Euronext, and SIX Swiss Exchange. She began her career at Barclays and holds B.Sc. degrees from the London School of Economics and Political Science and the University of Manchester.
