What will you do in this role?

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales management team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.

Sales Coordination: Assist in the coordination of sales activities, including preparing materials for client presentations, updating CRM databases, and managing sales pipelines.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, sales processes, and other relevant information.

Ad Hoc Projects: Support the sales management team on ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • B.A. in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3  years of experience in a support role, strongly preferred trading, exchange, financial services exposure.
  • Passion around FinTech with desire to expand knowledge of financial markets and fixed income products.
  • Tech aptitude, business acumen and decision making; curiosity and willingness to learn how the business functions strategically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of CRM software - Salesforce, a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to navigate and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently – someone who is collaborative, committed, flexible and reliable with a strong "can do” attitude.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

In compliance with New York City Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role in New York City is between $80,000 and $120,000. This range does not include discretionary bonus or other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with this job. Several factors are considered when determining a candidate’s compensation.
