What will you do in this role?

Trumid is seeking a Senior GCP Cloud Engineer who is enthusiastic about creating and developing cloud applications using GCP with open-source frameworks. You are passionate about creating the best infrastructure, platform, and industry solutions. 

  • Build and maintain infrastructure as code
  • Monitoring (Datadog)
  • Manage user access via policy and best practice
  • Maintain cross-cloud and 3rd party connectivity
  • Implement security best practices 
  • Support various teams from Data/AI/ML and developers to business users
  • Manage existing infrastructure while building the future 
  • Design, create, develop, own and maintain operational procedures for onboarding, managing cloud environments to meet defined SLAs
  • Manage multiple projects while liaising with different teams throughout the organization

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) 
  • 2 years of experience with Kubernetes
  • 2 years of experience with Terraform
  • Advanced experience in working with DevOps tools chain - Gitlab, Jenkins, Helm, Terraform, ArgoCD, Ansible, Nexus
  • Strong communication skills and well organized
  • Skilled problem solver with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions.
  • Experience with data analysis, business case development, and financial modeling
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
