What will you do in this role?

The ideal candidate will become a “master of all technical” client matters proficient in the FIX protocol and application support. The candidate will also need to conduct system checks at given times and monitor the overall platform throughout the day. This candidate will not only be responsible for the production environment but will also have to maintain non-production environments that are actively used by clients for Integration and conformance testing for FIX development. 

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with FIX protocol and integration
  • 2+ years of experience in a client service role
  • 2+ years of Linux experience
  • Strong communication skills (comfortable talking to technical and non-technical customers)
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Track client issues and follow up in a timely manager
  • Ability to clearly articulate and communicate with end-users
  • Support business on technical matters either on the phone and on-site client visits 
  • Demonstrate experience in the creation and management of technical documentation
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a group
